 This pathway Identifies and nurtures high school students that are passionate about teaching and ready to earn and learn.

Our Mission

The SCORE Collaborative’s mission is to strengthen the local teacher pipeline by cultivating new teachers and preparing and training adjunct and emergency certified teachers by guiding them through the licensure process, and supporting them in becoming fully certified educators rooted in our communities.

   All classrooms in South Central Oklahoma will be led by highly effective, state-certified teachers, many of whom are “grown from within”, that reflect the values, strengths, and long-term commitment of the communities they serve.
